Order Cancellation

After Shipping: If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may request a return as per our Return Policy below.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility:
    • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
    • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
    • All returns must include proof of purchase.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Opened or used products.
    • Customized or special-order items.
  • Refund Process:
    • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping Costs:
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a replacement, including return shipping costs.
